In such cases, the order may be delayed until the correct information is provided, and we cannot guarantee delivery within the originally estimated timeframe.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, edited, or canceled under any circumstances.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping information, are accurate before completing the purchase.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted strictly under the following conditions:

• An exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, free from fragrances, and with all original tags and labels intact.
• A mandatory fee of 50 AED applies for pickup and redelivery services.
• The exchange process may take up to 7 working days from the date the request is submitted.
• Al Wesal reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
• Each order is eligible for one (1) exchange only; items received as part of an exchange are final and not eligible for further exchange.

Returns for Store Credit

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Approved returns are eligible for a store voucher only.
• A fee of 50 AED will be deducted to cover pickup charges.
• The voucher will be issued for the remaining balance after deduction and may be subject to validity terms set by Al Wesal.

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Monetary refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to review the size guide carefully prior to purchase, as Al Wesal will not be responsible for incorrect size selection.

International Orders
All international orders are final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on international shipments.

Defective Items
If you receive an item with a defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To report a defect, please send us a WhatsApp message at [+971 56 266 4902] with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. If approved, we will provide further instructions.

Small loose threads and minor fabric dye variations are not considered a defect, as they are a normal result of the embroidery, stitching, and dyeing process. Loose threads can be easily trimmed without affecting the design or quality.
